Parking
Parking lot in rear, behind the playground. Street Parking is also available.
Bus parking is available to artists and entertainers upon request. If you need to park a bus, please contact us and let us know before the day of your event.

Dogs in the Park
Unfortunately, dogs are not currently allowed in the park. Service dogs are allowed, but must be leashed and under control at all times. Please be sure to clean up after your service animal, and dispose of any waste in the trash cans provided. We appreciate your cooperation in helping us to make sure the park stays clean and green!

Renting, Booking, & Reserving the Park
All users including non-profit, religious, etc., $600 - for first four hours and $200 per hour thereafter not exceeding eight hours in a single day (maximum reservation of two days) payable to the City of Livingston. Additional fees for the uses of audio visual equipment in the amount of $75 plus $50 per hour are payable to the City’s A/V consultant.
Artists & Bands:

If you will be using the park's sound system, download, fill out, and e-mail Sound Q&A. Forms must be submitted at least 72hrs before your show. Failure to do so will result in a much lengthier setup time, which may result in an increased cost for the event, as well as delayed start times.
A complete list of the park's equipment can be provided upon request. Just shoot us an e-mail at centralparklivingston@gmail.com and ask us to send you our gear list.
Bands can also download the stage plot for the amphitheater, so you can plan your show.
Renting the Picnic Pavillion
To rent the picnic pavilion, you must download, fill out, and submit an application. The application can be downloaded via the link above or via the download buttons on this page. Application can be submitted via the button located below the application download button. You can also send them directly to Shannon Cantrell at shannon@overtonco.com.
PICNIC PAVILION FEES (Nonrefundable)
$40 minimum with an additional $10 per hour beyond the first four hours up to a maximum of eight hours.
Vendor Spots
Local Businesses from Overton County is $50.00 up to 6 hours and $25.00 per hour after the first 6 hours
Out of County Vendors is $100.00 up to 6 hours and $25.00 per hour after the first 6 hours
Non-Profit Groups is $100.00 total
Schools or School Related Clubs is $25.00 total.
Non-School Related Clubs and or Athletic Teams is $50.00 total.
*There is no cost to any vendors who are only handing out free items.

**Sound Q&A must be submitted at least 72hrs in advance of show. Q&A forms are mandatory for every band performing, if you are using the park's equipment.
